Our family moved from Texas during Covid and we were so fortunate to have found Jodi. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient as we traveled from town to town over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. Every time we viewed a property Jodi would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of the home and possible repairs. The best part about working with Jodi was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice and finding homes that met our needs more than she was on closing a deal. When you're making a big financial, personal and sometimes emotional decision, you want someone who will be a good listener, a strong negotiator and who is respected by her peers. She truly loves what she does and enjoys all there is about the Boston area. I would recommend her to anyone, without hesitation!

I highly recommend Jodi to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. She did a really great job helping me narrow down my search parameters, finding the right house to fit my needs, showing me different neighborhoods, and supporting me throughout the negotiation process. From the very beginning, I got a good feeling about Jodi. She was on top of everything, and she gave me information and answered my questions in very little time. During an otherwise very difficult time in my life, Jodi was my life raft. From our very first conversation, I felt as though a heavy weight had been lifted. We have bought and sold multiple houses in our lifetime, both in MA and other states. I can honestly say Jodi was our best real estate agent by far. She is so proactive and solution oriented. Every step of the process she was helping and working with us. She is not pushy and certainly believes in a long term relationship vs just a transaction. I worked with Jodi on the purchase of my first home! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the industry and the area north of Boston. She was able to direct me to wonderful condos in my price range and advised me thoughtfully when I was ready to place an offer (which was quickly accepted). She is highly communicative throughout the process and has contacts for every thing you'll need along the way. I worked with Jodi Crowley to both sell my home in Framingham and buy a new Condo in East Boston. Despite a number of logistical challenges in trying to coordinate a sale with the purchase of a new construction, everything went great. With their help, we were able to properly price my home and it was under agreement in just over 24 hours after receiving 6 offers. Other local realtors I had spoken too had wanted to low ball the listing price, but Jodi was able to get me what I needed for a down payment on the new place. They really handle everything. They had a professional photographer come in. They recommended a lender, insurance provider, inspectors, etc. It is truly one stop shopping and everybody they are affiliated with also provided great service. While the purchase side was a little less stressful, Jodi was there every step of the way offering to serve as a liaison between myself and the builder. With everything that could have gone wrong, very little did. I received excellent advice from start to finish and would recommend Jodi and the Lamacchia team to anybody looking to buy or sell in our area.
My overall experience working with Jodi Crowley at Lamacchia was very good. I sold my house in Framingham with them and bought a new place in East Boston. They walked me through both sides without any major hiccups. I was concerned they didn't know enough about the Framingham market. I brought in two other realtors who wanted to price my house low. Jodi was confident we could list it at a higher price point after doing some painting. They sent a professional photographer in and the place photographed well. We listed it on a Friday and had 6 offers by Sunday. As somebody who likes convenience, they are more or less a one stop shop. They set me up with a lender, insurance provider, inspectors, and anybody else we needed. We didn't need quite as much help on the buying side, but Jodi was there through the whole process and was happy to serve as a liason between myself and the builder. All in all, with everything that can go wrong, this process was rather smooth and painless. I would recommend Jodi and Lamacchia to anybody buying or selling.
